Currently, we deliver only within Karachi city.
We are working hard to expand our services to other cities across Pakistan very soon! Stay tuned. 💚

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/Email once your order is placed.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Flat Delivery Charge: Rs. 300 across Karachi
  • 🎉 FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs. 1999
  • Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

📮 Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • Our rider will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • Kindly provide a complete address with landmark for smooth delivery.
  • For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product

We package every order with great care. However, if you receive a damaged, tampered, or wrong product:

  1. Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged (if possible).
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  4. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. ✅
